Yin yoga stirs up emotions – and that’s great!
I teach a weekly Yin yoga class at a local gym. As it’s the beginning of the year, the gym has many new members, all enthusiastic to get fit and healthy. For me this means that in addition to the regulars, there are lots of curious people trying out Yin yoga. This was the case yesterday: The studio filled up with mats as we were getting ready to start our hip-opening Yin class.
